As a finalist in the Australian Songwriters' Association National Songwriting Contest and guest author at a number of well known book fairs & writers’ festivals, Geoff, aka Billy Nudgel, incorporates story telling, interaction and music into his presentations. The writing process becomes clearer and more real for children as Geoff shares original first drafts of his stories and retells the often humorous anecdotes of how they began. With extensive teaching experience and a strong belief that music is a powerful tool for both teaching and learning, Geoff makes music an integral part of his performances. His CDs and read-along, sing-along books, are now being enjoyed by children throughout Australia and New Zealand.
